Email Down For 2 Days

I have a few customers, four so far, that are compalining that they cannont connect to the email server. I have verified the problem even using port 2525 and there is no incoming or outgoing connection. Support has informed me that the nameservers on the domain registrar are incorrect, but they have not been changed and I verfied that they are correct. So far the problem seems to be with the NS and NS1 nameservers. The only thing I've done to my account in the last few days is refresh my dns and server alias's. I did not add anything or change anything - just wanted to make sure they were up to date. Anybody have similar problems.

EDIT: I just recieve emails for domain conformation changes which I did not initiate. I did added the new nameserver NS4 and NS5 to GoDaddy.com, however, the nameserver setting are still correct in GoDaddy's control panel. It was GoDaddy.com support that walked me though the process of adding the new nameservers on the phone, since they have just recently changed their control panel and it was unfamiliar to me. I am still baffled why other domain registrars are are having problems. I really don't know who to point the finger at yet but I am calling Godaddy ASAP.

Whois displays the correct nameservers but VT support says they are incorrect.

If your nameservers are/were showing *.hsphere.cc then they are incorrect. I've found a few of the newer support folks though also seem to think if your using external DNS that too is "incorrect" despite it being perfectly valid.

Remember you only need to register the nsx.hsphere.cc nameservers as child nameservers for your service domain at it's registrar, you should not need to define them at the customer domain level, and of course only 2 nameservers should ever be assigned to a customer domain.
