Guys, just want to know did Billing staff is on vacation today?

No they are here today. They were off this weekend for the holiday and will be next week as well. They are a bit more backed up today then what they are most of the time. But they will get to you ASAP if you have ticket in.

Ok, Thank you sir, i will wait until Courtnie reply to me again, i just want to ask something about the cancellations because it seems Vortech still charging my credit card for the next month although i have already send the cancel form.

Remember there is 30 days notice on cancellations per our TOS, Courtnie is off today but I am sure one of the other billing people will get to you ASAP with an answer.

I think the past 4 days had to be most relaxing I have had in a long time. Stayed at home and did NOTHING, well a little work here and there.

I know who you are admin . . . I thought Craig was in charge of the billing department though.

I'm glad you had a good time off . . . yes those moments are few and far between and you and Kim much deserve them. We went to an Indian State Park Lodge and spent a couple days . . . same thing, very relaxing. I spent most of the time in a big chair next to a huge fireplace overlooking the Ohio River doing nothing but thinking "why am I thinking about that!"

Me and the boys did go on a 4 hour hike to a waterfall . . . it was awesome.

Craig and I are "owners" Kim is the Billing Manager, we all took off this weekend, it was rather nice no phone calls or anything all weekend I was so happy nothing cought fire.. hehe

I love state parks I use to live in VA right next to the mountains so got to go there a LOT.
