As a reseller, you have access to the pool of servers that Vortech offers. When someone signs up with you under one of your plans, they are assigned a server and you cannot control this. Vortech controls that based on which servers have less load, etc.
Good luck. |

It sounds like you should open a support ticket regarding this.
Also, you might find that scripts which use PHP and mysql may run better under a Unix plan instead of a Windows one. You can make another plan for Unix and sign yourself up for that plan. Being Unix instead of Windows, it will be on a different server. |

Raise a trouble ticket with support, it's a problem on the server side of things.
I'm a little confused though why you say your changing permissions on mysql5 when you get this? mySQL is a database server and not something you can do anything with via FileManager (WebShell). FileManager only lets you modify/maintain files in your website not on the database server (phpMyAdmin is used to maintain the Database). |

Sounds like you are trying to change permissions using webshell. Please submit a ticket and we will investigate this further.

One of the other techs actually fixed this earlier today. Please give it another go and submit a ticket if you still experience problems.
