Best way to stop spoofing?

Can anybody recommend a good way to stop someone from spoofing my email address? They are using it to spam and I get the bounces and it makes me look bad as though I am spamming.

had the same problem, believe it or not I found the guy and called him and offered to stop by and chat, well no need, he stopped. (posted this story somewhere in the forums before)

while most of you will not get that lucky, try to find the ip from the headers, contact the originating isp and request assiatance.

also can contcat the website if it is a product and try to work through their support stopping a specific reseller/spammer. (thats how I did it)

Thanks! I just want to make sure I do it in a way that makes them stop without pissing them off so they do it more out of spite
