Phone system

Our telephone system will be upgraded throughout today. The phone system will be sporadic throughout the day as the upgrades are taking place, so please submit trouble tickets for any issues you may have, as we may be unreachable via telephone until the process is complete.

I would give this one a big cheer, the old telephone system was so wacky you never knew which extension it was calling when you called in and pressed the buttons.

This system will be alot better, it just takes some time to get it all set up.

Looks like it may not happen fully till tuesday, but the current system will be functional until then.

Just anther update, the old phone system will kind of be working with the new till tuesday, so if you call the old system will ask you to pick 1 for sales 2 support 3 billing then it will come to our new phone system, it may ask again for this but at that point you will be in the new system and every thing should work great. Tuesday we should be fully on the new system and it will work 100% or it better for the $$$ I am spending on it..

There will be one more small down time for phones as we bring in the T1's for the new phone system as well. But I don't have a date on that just yet..
