I ran this several times over an hour. Same results.

The old tracert was CR > Miami> Orlando or sometimes CR > Miami > Atlanta > Orlando. 8 to 11 hops. Never more.

OK tracert xpurts.... any ideas?? Is this a result of this new system?

Dunno what the complains are about... ping is 280ms from here is Oz. I'd give my right mouse button for a ping of 92 to vortech.

I am not sure what you are using to do the lookup, but I wouldn't count on it's accuracy. The first is obviously, a local router w/ 1ms and a local ip... Depends on where you are running tracert from. The other one is pnap which has headqtrs in seattle, washington.

My avg is 43ms...so can't complain. Antic, that's what happens when you live on the otherside of the world. You have the longest fence in the world tho.


Edit: Hey maybe they can run fiber optic along that fence.

Could someone please summarise all this info about the 40 peered providers, i have no clue what is going on and which providers are on or not. I would have liked to put something about it on my site. But am a little lost. :-)

The 40 providers are there in the DC, if you read you will see what providers we have up already. We are still working on the rest, some don't reply to emails or have other issues. But we are working on getting them all up.
