hmm maybe that time the IIS restart ? and now i can open that site

they iis server on the computers gets reset every 24 hours, just to keep them fresh and running smoothly. (iis is a memory hog and tends to slow otherwise)

They can be reset at any time of the day by a tech as well becuase of an issue, take the message at face value, the servers being reset why, who knows, as long as it comes back up again in a few minutes is the main thing !!
