This announcement concerns all H-Sphere Resellers.

A new Windows 2000 web server server has been added to the H-Sphere cluster - nt33.hsphere.cc!

Remember to login to your reseller account and do the following:

Add server aliases:

Login into the admin control panel.
Click E.MANAGER
Click Server Aliases under E.MANAGER
If there are server aliases that need to be added, scroll to the bottom of the page click Submit.
Allow 4-12 hours for changes to take place.

This server will be turned on and made available for user sign-ups within the next 24 to 48 hours.

mail 7 as well? or is that not meant to be there yet?

Its not ready yet for use. It might be by the end of this week or next. We also have some more unix servers and mssql7 coming as well.

Along with another backup server that will be going down town today.

NT34's server aliases issue is fixed so you may add it now.

Mail7 is getting there as well along with unix16 and NT35.

Yea seems to still be having issue, I think they just fixed it for the one account I asked about. I have now told them it looks system so they should be able to track it down and fix it now.

NT34 doesn't still work for me. Shows up to be added, but when I hit submit I get:
"No Service IP available for host nt34.hsphere.cc"

just tried and had good results with both mail 7 and nt 34, try again, works now.

take that back about nt34, I get a

The dns record "*.t124.tracewebspace.com" already exists. You can use a duplicate DNS record name only for MX records.

error.

mail7 and nt34 have both been aliased for me now.

Neither one is showing up in ipstats though.

ok looks like psoft fixed.

I just tested it on kattouf's account and it added it no problem. Mail7 you can add its just not ready yet to go live, but the IP is right.

I was just able to add NT34 to your account fox. It did not seem to have any issues.
