As I stated earlier, one of your DNS IPs is wrong. It is an outdated IP that has been removed from the system. If you check the link I posted, you will see that your DNS is failing at the point of that IP which will indeed cause your site not to load. You need to update your DNS to the correct IP addresses.

Sorry about that. I saw that you posted a ping for hulahost.com and I replied with the DNS issue. I have been working for 2 days straight since the router issue last night, so I am a tad tired. Bear with me.
The slowness issue should be rectified currently on our backup routing. We are not receiving any tickets regarding any issues. The replacement equipment will be tested tomorrow and will be implemented as soon as possible.

Still some gremlins?
I'm also seeing slow performance tonight (as are some of my users), and I'm getting reports of mail server connection problems... including my personal mail also hosted at Matrix. Just a headsup - I know you guys are doing what you can right now.

Anyone else noticing any issues with mail servers?
Webmail is deadly slow and cannot access mail server too. http://66.194.198.60:8080/ shows mail servers on RED
