Ok,
The slow CP problem should be solved for the most part. Psoft overwrote our cron timings, which are what caused the slowness the last time we upgraded. It takes 1-2 hours for our crons to run (Revenue, Accounting, etc.), and by default they sometimes have one or two starting at the same time every 30 minutes...

Anyway, enjoy.

I can't access any of my sites through ftp. It work 12 hours ago. Now none of them seem able to connect. Does any one else have this problem?

By the way, are there 2 HSphere servers, or just the one? It just seems that the Reseller CP is slow, but the client CPs are ok.

Actually, I slmost never use the Reseller CP anymore - I log into my Admin account using the client CP link, it's much quicker and more direct.

hmm.. on that point, I just went to the Reseller CP link and, after taking a bit to load, it then went and hung my IE window before I even got to log in! Weird... had to kill the window from the Task Manager.

Here is my two cents

Both reseller CP and admin/user CP are seems to be OK for me from here in Sri Lanka (My PC is 25 hops away from CP server). I am on a 2MB DSL (Slow ?) link.

Earlier the No of hops was around 15, if I remember correctly.

for me my speed 64kbps broadband but i notice compare with last time now is slower

no it is wireless broadband using antenna point to headquarter it slow when raining or in bad weather in here internet using is expensive more than gasoline lucky my company connect it and i can use it if not i'm never know what reseller like and never can come here and learn from other

wow, we almost get 64k on dial up around here. and even that is tooooo slow for me. my broadband connection is $42.95 per month in chicago.
