Go into internet options on our browser and turn off "friendly http error messages" You'll then see the following error:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'
Object required: 'conn'
/test.asp, line 4

Which bit in HSphere are you having a problem with?

Make sure MS SQL is enabled in the plan, then use the control panel to create a logon and a database. Then point your scripts at the correct server, ser your connection to use the logon and database you created and you should be gtg.

Please provide more info, specifically what "things" did you have problems setting up in HSphere? Please post your Connection String as well (or the entire test script).

Your page is actually giving you pretty specific errors

Quote:
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'tblBooks'.
Basically means exactly as it says there is no table called [logon_id].tblBooks in your database. Make sure you haven't somehow managed to get the tables owned by dbo. or an owner other than whatever the logon is your using in your connection string.

You should change your connection string as well to use OLEDB rather than ODBC if you can

Were you able to correct this problem bobi.

The error I get shows that you are referring to a table owned by "dbo".

Quote:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e37'

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'dbo.tblBooks'.

/test.asp, line 11
