Additional Fees Accounts

Hello All,

Just new and trying to figure out the plan set up. My understanding of step 2 of the Windows plan, you can indicate how many free of (say email accounts) that plan gets + the setup fee (zero) + monthly recurring fee (zero).

Now, say I want to allow my users to purchase additional email accounts at X dollars per month/per account. What would be the proper way to set this up?
