Network Speed Issues

Now I'm not saying this is Vortechs network because I have yet to see anyone else say anything... but over the last week or so my connection to any on the servers on the vortech network have been much slower than before. I contacted my ISP but the guys all have their heads in the A$$es they want me to clean cache and remove cookies and flush dns and go into msconfig and disable shit... I live in Minnesota (central) and have Charter as my provider with a 10mb connection for business (not 1mb) anyone else living in the Midwest with Charter having this issue?

Mark

I have not seen any issues speed wise, next week when we start the move we are upgrading some of the switchs and maybe even gige from switch to switch but not sure it will make a difference as they use less then 10MB from rack to rack. Its only for long term

Just looking at your pings and all, they are a bit faster than mine that average around 80-90ms
