How do I find the full path to a file in one of my folders such as C:/inetpub/wwwroot/...

This is how you can get the full path to a file in ASP. That is what it looks like you are using on your site.

<%= Server.MapPath("default.asp") %>

All windows servers would be c:\hshome\(username)\(domain)\

That would get you to your web root.
