Spam Filters & MX Records
Hi!
I'm new at this - so I'll do my best to explain: We are hosting a client through Vortech and this client would like to have their MX Record forwarded to a Spam Filtering service, which would then send the cleaned record back to us. The Spam Filtering service says we need to set the account up so it will forward the MX Record to them - How do I do this? Thanks for your help! |

You first need to have dns changes configured for that plan.
Then go into the account in Hsphere and select web config. One of the options there will be to edit dns.
