It is easiest and quickest to submit a ticket. We (the Billing Dept) are not in the office 24/7 therefore we have a mere 8 hours per day to deal with all tickets and phone calls. We (the Billing Dept) have also been receiving a lot of calls from customers looking for other departments and that only causes customers not to be able to get through that actually need to speak with the Billing Dept. Everyone, PLEASE, do not call the Billing Dept simply to be transferred to another department. Please call the correct department (#1 Sales, #2 Support & #3 Billing). If you do not get an answer, please leave a message instead of calling another department. This only causes confusion.

Silverbug is partially correct. I am behind the camera but not the one taking the photographs. I merely direct and pay everyone since the concept is mine. No pics of me and I am going to do my best to make sure I am not in the DVD either. :tongue:
As for the Vortech calendar. Would you guys *really* want to buy that?? LoL
