Database Issues

Well,

I am trying to import data from an existing database (local to my pc) to the one hosted by vortech. I can copy the structure and SPs, but when I try to copy the data, I get an error like: user does not have rights to alter database

does anybody have had a similar experience?

It's a SQL database. I finally saw that it does import the data. It just keeps giving me that error.

ok, good to hear you got it sorted.

Remove the Alter commands from your script if your running it from a generated script. At vortech you do not gt dbo rights so some commands are outside your security role context.
