What I meant was "I need someone to handle the hosting side maintenance/setup. Also, if this same person is capable, to handle our clients who wish us to also design their sites." It may seem strange to ask "the competition for help", but when you look at how many people are in need of this service "all of our numbers combined" could not service all.
