Server down
What do I do if my server is down? Are we entitled to a credit?
I have only had an account here for a few days and have received several alerts from alertra.com of the server being down. Who do I see about this? Is this normal? Is this acceptable? Well matrixreseller.com/sla out lines our SLA but non of the above looks to of been down for more then 1 min. this could be due to a reboot or something. I know the FreeBSD boxes were rebooted last night to update the OS. But the above does not tell me what server. You can also look at status.vortechhosting.com as well to make sure the site is really down and not an issue with alertra because we also use alertra. For the most part they are good. But we can only issue a credit if status.vortechhosting.com shows a system down.
