just wanted to extend my thanks to all the techs / admin’s who worked long hours to correct all the recent outages and other issues we had.

it appears that is now all behind us and I personally have not noticed any of the problems we experienced over the last 2 weeks.

you always hear from us when things go wrong, and never when things are running smooth, so just wanted to extend my thanks.

I have been very happy camper for well over a year with Vortech/Matrix... Everyone seems very fair most of the time and I know they bust there ass a lot. I have seen this company grow a lot in just a little over a year and with anything there are going to be some growing pains... but Brand and company seem to keep the pain down with an extra strength tablet of Advil .

From the bottom of my heart I want to thank everyone at Vortech... I would send you all flowers but I can’t even pay my bill on time most months so I don’t think I can afford to do that sorry… But for real thank you!
