New account
Hi - I am a newbie. Transferring from my previous host. I opened my whm and began to add my accounts. I am unable to add my own domain because it says the account already exists (it doesn't show in the list). I'm sure it's something I must be doing - maybe I'm just stuck on the way my old host account worked? Anyhow, does anyone know if the primary domain should show up in the accounts list in WHM?
What I would like to do is set up all of my accounts - publish the websites and then change the DNS settings, so that the change requires no downtime - is this possible? Sam
