Ticket Status: AZL-54726
hello admin can anybody respond to that ticket, i need that account ti unsuspended immediatly, i had an explanation and it was accepted, don't know why the account has not been unsuspended

Please don't post about tickets here, if its a billing issue they will be in at 10AM and should be able to help you then..
EDIT: Never mind I see its in abuse.. I will have to check it out and will reply to your ticket.

I answered your ticket, since we just suspened the end users account for spam, you should be able to unsuspend it as long they don't spam again, if we do get more of it from the same domain it could cause your account to be suspended.
