Question H-Sphere money back guarantee

A subscriber signs up for one of my hosting packages, then decides he doesn't want it, and wants to cancel during the money-back guarantee period. How does he end the account in his control panel? If he can't do that, then how is the best way for me (the hosting provider) to close his account? I "suspended" his account, but this does not provide a suitable message to him, and it states a refund amount that is less than the entire amount he is due.

In the users CP there is a link called Billing. Under Billing you will find "Money Back" this will allow them to cancel their hosting services.

If you manually suspend someones account you can specify a message to be displayed upon visiting the site in question.

As for a refund amount, you should make sure that you have your plan setup to provide a Money Back Guarantee period of (typically) 30 days and make sure it is enabled by checking the box in plan setup. H-Sphere will provide a full refund of the hosting fees if they cancel within that period. Otherwise, refunds will be prorated.
