Admin - Is it possible to change the login url, when clients login to urchin from directly from Hsphere.
If you login from Hsphere right now you end up on with following http://216.157.132.252:9999 It could be great if they end up with following.... http://urchin.yourservicedomain.com:9999 just so clients don't begin to do a IP lookup |

To be honest, it looks like it is working. I punched in http://urchin.yourservicedomain.com:9999 substituting my service domain and it worked.

DVHOST - Yes of cause it works if you punch in the address, but if you press on the button in hsphere controlpanel you get http://216.157.132.252:9999. That is what I'm worried about

No way to make it use your service domain that I know of in the CP just yet..
But at least its an IP and not our domain.. ![]()

I am not trying to "sell" you on this, but $2.50 a month is worth it if you have a site where you need to know the traffic patterns, urchin is far better than webalizer in every way.

Where do you see this button. I can't find it. Urchin.mydervicedomain:9999 works fine but don't see anything in cp. Also is their a way to get it to read the logs that are cyrrently in my logs directory that webalize was using.

gadgetgal, to a user panel, then to domains, then to the domain, then to web options and click edit, then go down to urchin, if it is enabled there will be a magnifying glass ytou can click to see the stats with the link I was talking about.
