re: 24 Hour Support?

Hi,

Do you provide 24 hours support for your hosting service? For instance, if a website is down, are your technical support staff ready to receive call or email round the clock (24 hours), and attend to the problem immediately?

Yes, the office is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding major holidays).

Just so we're aware, what holidays are you not staffed? I always thought that there was at least a 'skeleton crew' on holidays.

we have a volunteer system in place so that if someoen volunteers to work then they get another day off instead but its not manditory.

I dunno about any holidays.
But I can assure anyone since I live in the future of Matrix. My day time is a night there.

Still, any time I had any trouble they were there to help me. Specially "stephen , the night OWL" ;-)

Xmas Day and Thanksgiving I know for sure no one will be in the office. Other holidays there is generally at least one tech in the office. Being as I work from home anyway, I always check my mail and tickets irregardless of the day of the week.

Brad does most of his work from home except during the day when he is in the office Monday - Friday.

Yep, we all fear the monsters under the bed, at least I do, that is why I try not to ever sleep, they might come out!

Brad said something about getting a couch... then you'll really have to call Those desks and chairs just aren't condusive to the sleeping environment... except for Mike, he doesn't seem to mind!
