Ticket System
Our ticket system got locked up about 2 or 3 days ago and it was letting some tickets in and not others..
 We found out about the problem today as we thought the load was way to light.. Well when we tied to pull in 1000 tickets it got a little messed up and made dup's of some tickets and replied to them. So if you got a bunch of replies to one ticket i am very very sorry about that.. If we missed a ticket in the last 72 hours please resubmit so we make sure its taken care of. Thanks

And I thought it was my email client that was losing emails
 Some ticket confirmations never reached me.
