NT15? (Trouble...)

I have sent in a support ticket but I am not getting any auto confirmations back and have no way to know if Vortech is receiving my support tickets. Two problems:

1. I did not get my account notification emails when I just created a new windows account that landed on NT15. No email was sent to the client contact OR to me to let me know that the account was created. (!)

2. The account was created on NT15, and I cannot connect to the FTP server. What gives?

I need to get some files up quick, so I am posting here. Admin, my username is "broeker" can you please check to see if you got my two recent tickets? Is something screwy going on with mail right now? I am out to sea.

The mail server is getting slammed by a spammer so mail is backed up right now. We are cleaning there mess up now..

As for the FTP I will check that once I get to the ticket.

We had same issue with nt15 and reported to it support earlier
this afternoon. Was a new account and we needed to get
it uploaded. Had not heard from support and needed to get
site going.

Deleted and re-created it. Was assigned to nt14 that time
and can now FTP.

For the record, my TT was answered:

They forgot to add DNS services to NT15 when they set it up. Should be working in 24 hours...in the meantime I was able to connect directly via IP address.
