5/28/05 Core Router/DoS
As many of you may have noticed (Although the ticket count was extremely low.) We had a period of slow connectivity there for about 30 minutes.

We were being DoSed. We have resolved the issue now.

All is quiet on the western front.

I thought the network was a little slow last night... I was up around 1:30 doing a couple maintenance things :/ was't sure if it was just my connection as ping times were o.k.

Cool, this is a great improvement from times before, when everything kind of ground to a halt for a couple of hours. Now it seems you can send em packing without much trouble.. excellent stuff!

We have upgraded our hardware a good deal. We are currently workin on even more network upgrades.

The extra bandwidht we now have plus our router upgrades have made dealing with things like this a LOT easier.
