Can you ping me now?

That has got to be a trademark violation... careful with that.

Seems Verizon's registered tag line is "We never stop working for you"

Just because they used the line "Can you hear me now?" in a commercial does not a trademark or servicemark make

Go Vortech. Stick it to the man!!

The question is what came first, the chicken or the egg?

Yea we have used that for a long time, but it's kind of funny how it came about. Nothing to do with Verizon at all.

But about 3+ years a go a tech was on the phone after and outage working on a router and kept saying "Can you ping us now" talking to verio ( our provider at the time time ), we switched it up a bit to be "can you ping us now" for the slogen and kind of became an office joke then our little saying.

I've always thought that eveloutionally speaking, the correct answer has to be "Egg!" Something not quite what we would call a chicken, laid the egg of something we would just barely call a chicken.
People who know me are sick of my theories, and I appreciate you giving me a new place to say this.

If it wasn't quite a chicken, then maybe it wasn't quite an egg?
