where / when does the misc text "privacy statement" appear?

sorry, i guess that was a bit vague
in the h-sphere under "look & feel" (? going from memory on little sleep) where you can customise the control panel colors and whatnot there is a section called "misc text" and a box called "privacy statement" I filled it in but dont see where it displays
