Billing Query - Mail server just doesn't like me? :-(
Hi,
I've been trying to send a query in to billing (sent to billing@votechhosting.com, because that's where my invoice says to send it to). And no response, no bounce message - I have to assume you guys never recieved it, because I have some hazy memory that the billing email makes a support ticket (did I imagine that?). So, I sent the email again two days ago, and still no dice. Do I try again for a third time, or is there is special password or something? ;-) I had this trouble with a TT last week disappearing into cyberspace, so I'm beginning to think that the mail server just has something against me! Suggestions, guys? Thanks! |

I am a complete nuff nuff. The email was sending from an account in Outlook that I only ever use for recieving, so any replies I got would have gone to nowhere!!! I have resent it now using a usable "FROM" address, so, hopefully I haven't irritated anyone in billing too much by having sent this three times now!!

Eh, I can't type. Anyhow - having a from address that goes to never never land was the problem!! i have now had my query answered and am a very happy camper. Kudos to billing for having put up with my three emails!! (And just generally being very nice, supportive people!)
