Support System - NOt responding?
Hi,
I just tried submitting a TT (by emailing support@matrixreseller.com), and no response. Normally I get an automated "your ticket has been created bla bla bla" - but nothing. Ironically, the TT was about not getting emails on my service domain, but I sent the ticket in from an email account NOT on my service domain, to make sure it got thru. Any clues??

Tried support@vortechhosting.com as well ? thats the addr I usually use personally, was working just an hour or so ago for me.

Well I can confirm that we didn't receive it. You can also try support@vortechsupport.com. Though the one you're using should be working. Perhaps there's a sluggish server somewhere between here & there? Did you try a tracert?
