Instant access domain alias

hi guys

i log to my host account and look for Instant access domain alias
other account have numbers does

But the one on NT38 it shows

what is this mean?

I'm having problem with NT38, lastweek i couldnot add domainsthen the whole NT38 having issues.got to wait

Now Im back again having problems adding domains.it was there 3days ago then dissapear, now i see it on my control panel but i cannot access tru ftp.

Can anyone advice here please?
I'm having dilema here with NT38, huh.
