There is a new server now online: mail9.hsphere.cc

Remember to login to your reseller account and do the following:
Adding server aliases:

1. Login into the admin control panel.
2. Click E.MANAGER
3. Click Server Aliases under E.MANAGER
4. If there are server aliases that need to be added, scroll to the bottom of the page click Submit.
5. Allow 4-12 hours for changes to take place.
6.The new server will be turned on within the next 24 to 48 hours.

Mail9 was already registered in my CP...

Edit: Just noticed, this thread is from Sept, but I got an email about it 2 days ago!

I think we added it but then removed it but left it the CP.

Actually, I think the late-arriving email was actually due to the support system upgrade. The new version of Kayako apparently resent some of the previously-sent announcements.
