I would recommend submitting a support ticket.

It doesn't go by domain, it goes by username. If you username starts with a "g" then you should definitely submit a ticket with all relevant information.

Talking It works now

I had already submitted a ticket. The answer and solution was to go to control panel and turn aspnet off and on... Some day I'd like to understand why, but all that matters is that works fine now.

H-Sphere has to resetup EVERY site on the server just like it did for the very first time. Coping every thing over making the dir, seting up IIS, users and every thing.. It does seem to do about 95% or so of every thing right but we see from time to time it seems to slip on a few settings.. Turning it of and back on just resets it and works fine after that..

So NO crashes on NT26 or NT27 since we went back..

So far, everything looks good from my end... No customer complaints or missing settings -- but I did promise them a month's credit if the switch took more than 8 hours. Drats... Now I'm having to dig around the "Credit" area of my reseller CP for the first time, and figure out how those options work
