Problem with Mail1???

I have a client who attempted to send mail from his email to another email on the same domain nearly an hour ago and it still hasn't arrived. Is something up with mail1???

yeah there is a thread somewhere that explains they problems with mail1 atm, a backed up que i think

Does it matter on what server the site is hosted mine is on NT12 and i am also having trouble receiving emails.

In fact we have not received quite a few emails - our applications sends status emails, its non critical hence we didn't notice but now come to think of it I have not received few of 'em.

Can some one please explain!

No not really, if you look up the account it will tell you what mail server also check the email headers. This is another thread about this.
