I did channge the billing to without billing like you told but I got the same problem I my have to go to Advanced Resources and edit values there what you think?

I don't think that will affect the file manager or httaccess creation. This is something you shoud really put in a ticket for. We can take a closer look at it then.

Now i can't create a Windows plan every time I click next in the Windows Plan Creation Wizard. Step 1. I get blank window with a message Cannot find server or DNS Error

It worked I made my first widows plan! If I try to set up the plan first and then click next I get a blank page, but if I only put the name and click netx it works and then I went back to edit the plan. Who made this panel is he a sadist or samething
