What rate have people been receiving from eOnlineData? I see that while Vortech advertises a rate for them of 2.15%, my first statement showed a rate that was significantly higher.

Is this typical? Is there a standard procedure to get the rate lowered?

This begs the question; Which is the correct fees?

Also, is the "service fee" mentioned in the list, the same as the later mentioned "Access fee per month" to Authorize.Net?

Anybody have any longtime experience with e-Onlinedata?

Lastly; Does anybody know if e-Onlinedata provides this service to customers (sellers) outside the US?

I'm 99.9% postive the answer to that one is No. Can't help you with the rest though sorry.

What is on the website is correct. They received reduced rates several months ago that are now reflected on the website. I thought there was another post indicating that. Perhaps another thread.

I've used them through the initial offer for a little over a year. I really like it. I really like the fact that I get Gross settlement into my bank account and all fees are taken at the end of the month. This makes accounting much easier for me. Never had an issue.

The $10 service fee is in addition to the Authorize.net gateway fee.

I'm truly unsure whether they service outside the US.

So, after looking at this offer. If I beleive that the items below is the total costs of using this service; Have I understood this correctly?

Monthly costs:
- $10.00 Authorize.net Monthly Service Fee
- $10.00 e-Onlinedata Monthly Service Fee
Running costs:
- $0.05 Authorize.net processing fee (The "Interchange fee"?)
- $0.20 e-Onlinedata processing fee
- 2.10% VISA/MasterCard transaction fee

Oh, and I browsed a bit more around their site. Seems like they do offer their services to international customers, though the Visa/Mastercard fee is 3.49% "Non-Qual Discount Rate VISA/MC (International & Purchasing Cards)" instead of the usual 2.10% discounted rate (Mentionded in the standard hosting signup form). Don't know if the application procedures / requirements are different though, can't find any specific information on the subject...

Don't you have the option to not use the gateway or not pay it if you don't use it? Also, didn't they drop the monthly minimum? Why are they better than PQ? Aside, from the end of month settlement. I know G has used both.

Re-reading the info, it seems like I was wrong and there's no minimum processing fee. Though I'm not the only one that's having a hard time getting the facts straight...

Seems as e-onlinedata usually have a $25 minimum, but that they've dropped it for hosting companies.

The site has the right price, we have 100's of customers using e-online data though us and no one has had any issues that I am aware of or have seen.

They work rather good for us and good rates as well.

also, they may increase your rate if you have bad credit, more risk, etc, but they should have told you that.
