Update:
Good news – the new 24/7/365 ‘Online Support Solutions’ are going to be supported by The University of Wales, via a Government funded Graduate training scheme. The programme will run initially for two years and afford the new support centre, fully trained graduates……… Part of the first project that they will be working on is the use of artificial intelligence systems, which will be made available on both our own and clients web sites.

End users with access to Security upgrades now thats not a wise idea if I ever heard of one..
