CP Problems

We're expereincing S L O W control panel response. Was trying to submit a ticket about ASP being slow and the submission is still trying to be sent (has been sitting there for about 7 minutes trying to submit ... oops, it just timed out )

Yes, me too, I can't log into my control panel at the moment - thought it was just my network being slow...

Psoft is running a vacuum on our CP to speed it up as the DB is getting to big.. This should be the only time they need to run it and should speed every thing up.

Thought the same thing, but a tracert showed no problems - connected to cp.hspere.cc in about 68ms so not a network thingy. The screens will load (after a minute or 2) but have been unable to submit/make changes through them.

Also, is there anything funny with the IMAP server at the moment? I can download mail via POP3 with no problems; I can use SQwebmail with no problems too but I'm having trouble using Outlook to communicate properly via IMAP. I'm getting the message that a connection to the server couldn't be established.

Hope they are not using one of those battery/re-chargeable operated quick vacs

Could this be related to slow ASP scripts as well?

OK, IMAP is working again now...
As is the control panel for that matter.
