Yes. I just tried it and when I tried to upload the FreeSSL cert that I received, I got a "Invalid certificate error. File: server.crt".

I've used a FreeSSL cert before (and I think a couple of my customers are) and didn't have any problems. Are you sure you copied the CSR correctly etc ?

I performed the cut & paste a couple times.

I successfully installed a FreeSSL cert on my main site with no problems.

This problem just seems to occur on the cp site.

hmmmm...This is interesting..I mean annoying:> Did you contact the cert provider or TS? Did they say anything? When do you get the error? You think it's a possible binary or ascii transfer problem? Do you think cp was being used? I know some people had other problems w/ setting up their certs initially. Did you change cp url in reseller backend?

mresell, are you still having a problem? I really don't know who you are, but I know we have submitted the problem to PSoft, it only seems to be happening for 2 CP SSL's right now, not sure why.
Have you had it working at any time, and it is broken now, or have you never gotten it installed in the first place?

Landiserve I actually did not have a problem. I was trying to avoid one by checking first. I would have submitted a TT if I had. I try not to fry TS mental capacity by posting TT on board. They may last longer that way:> Did this get resolved? If so what happened?
Hopefully when I do try this ...shortly this will not happen. <fingers crossed>
THANKS!
