Anyone else losing clients?

I've been getting messages like this all day:

My sites are down and have been off and on for the past 2 days... You gave me a guarantee of 99.5% and it has been far less than that. I have had to delete and resetup php on --------.com 5 times and it finally works but not correctly. for -------.com I disabed coldfusion becuase it was messed up so I though that I could fix it the same way I did with php for my other site. it still doesn't work, the admin says I don't have it, I try to add it and it says it is there.. I try to go to my site and it doesn't work. I am trying to get my business going and if my website is not up this is hindering my efforts.

I would appreciate some info as what is happening and I ask that you fix it promptly or I will be forced to take advantage of your money back guarantee. I really like what you offer and I don't want to leave but if my sites are not up like they are supposed to I will have no choice.

I've kept all of my clients informed, but I've already had another two cancel today because of this.

We have had some cancel as well. It is to be expected. For the most part, customers are happy when they receive a credit for the downtime. So, try offering them that.
