Submitting Tickets
In order to help you better, from now on when sending tickets in include all of the information. Half of the tickets we get have no information whatsoever, it ends up taking 3X as long to fix something when you send us a ticket saying "My website is down" and you fail to give us the website name. Also if you're submitting email problem tickets if you could send us the mail server (not necessary, but it helps immensely) and also the email address in question, if it's every email account say that, please don't say "some emails are not working" it makes it close to impossible to diagnose, also headers if there are any bounce messages would help greatly.

I have filled out tickets and they never get responded too, until I type is all caps.

I have sent a few letters regarding a fake bank website used by scammers, received a reference number, but I cannot login to the page sent me, and it doesn't seem anything has been done to suspend the account. What is my best course of action?

Josh please name one ticket that you did not get responded to so I can talk to that shift. Also Joseph, when you say "It has been sorted." I assumed you meant the problem was fixed, not, "well my problem is still here". The website is off as of right now, and I do appreciate you bringing that to my attention.

HEY....needing help...ive tried to contact support, sales, billing....anybody at vortech.....can someone tell me .... do they ever answer the telephone...i need to ask a simple support question....desperately trying!....

2 tickets I submitted suddenly disappeared from my tickets list even when the conversation was still going on! Had to open a 3rd ticket. Maybe someone should look into why the tickets disappear.

I always put the server in the subject so that you can fix it and reply to me when you have time.. Works great.
