It's been a couple hours since Danl's last post, but still no real estimate of how long it is going to take to resolve this. What gives? I'm sure Vortech is working on this but PLEASE provide at least SOME estimate of when I can expect clients to begin receiving mail. Can't take this much more of this, I'll have to move to another service VERY soon.

Any word on whether Mail 2 works now or not? It has been down since 2:30pm EST yesterday, and the client was angry before I went home at 5pm (Mail2 seems to have a lot of issues). I want to know what to tell him when I get to work in a few hours

Mail1 is still not operational...Clients are complaining...they're nog getting MAIL!!!!

Mail1 is fine right now, not sure why you're saying that. Also mail2 was fixed, sorry I did not post at midnight when the problem got solved because I was in bed, sorry about that guys. Josh finished it up and took care of it.
