Yes it's been on various news channels here over the last few days, made the newspaper, and all around the word.
Really just goes to show you how one bad reponse to a customer can potentially kill a company, anyone who treats a customer (whether they deserve it or not) like that, should remember how quickly things like this can spread to several million people overnight! I read an old, but interesting statistic the other day, 6 out of 10 customers who have a good experience with a company will tell others about it, on the flipside 9 out of 10 people are likely to tell others about a bad experience with a company. ^ heh before I joined VT, I saw several such posts on other forums.. then came to this forum for a laugh to see how clients were reacting!
There was so much positive stuff here and everyone was like, "yeah that's just Brad" and making jokes. It was refreshing that such a personal relationship had developed between the business and clients... sounded like trust to me. I joined up the same day.Hey apparently the employee in question was his wife! Musta been fun trying to fire her! ![]()

I think nit has to do with being below the equator. It seems data has a gravitational pull and often sinks to Antarctica, home of all the "Lost Emails I sent you"
