Oooh, that will hurt me specifically because a large part of my customer base utilize SiteStudio and are small organizations who want a web presence.

I dont think so because your url must be
somename/googlepages.com its only a single page that is free, and I bet within a year the "were sorry we need to display ads on your pages" will follow. right now its just like any other free page service.
