Me thinks you are looking into your admin CP; it is not there. You go to login into the Vortech CP located at http://cp.hsphere.cc and look at the QuickAccess page. From this page you will notice the limit to disk space is the old figure; just seelct the 'change' option and manually upgrade to the new figures.

If you specify within the plan allocated (new limits) the billing system will allow without incurring charges. I suspect (though not tried it) if you specify over the limit, then the billing panel will advise you are about to incurr some charges before proceeding. Avoid this, and do not ignore such messages as the system will bill you.

Your in the wrong control panel. Your not actually upgrading to a plan, you just have to change the numbers for space and total transfer. The rest of the changes are automatic.

do as jetzkr6 said and logon to http://cp.hsphere.cc then follow the rest of his directions.

The Anniversary Special was offered last year for about a month to celebrate our 4 year anniversary. It was only available to new customers who had never had an account with us.

So are others also thinking about increasing resources in their plans to customers, riding on the wave of this free resource increase? (I had a quick look around at my competition and they appear to be getting cheaper by the minute.)

Great, thanks.
However, I have noticed that on a cypher that the additionals for mb or transfer are still the same, max ip's allowed I am unsure of because it doesn't show in plan desc on site and user accts. additionals appear to show as 3.50 insted of $3, think someone else noticed too. Thanks. Again.

craig I think upgrading your plans can pay off, but not necessarily...depends on your marketing plan. This is a saturated market and unless you set yourself apart I don't think more resources for less matters to many people because they aren't using all their resources in the first place. For resellers it does matter more because it is kind of a wholesale model.
