Well that did not fix it ether. James and Aaron are going to look at downgrading the system to 4.11 now. OS is about the last thing to go back a version. We have tried all the hardware fixes we can.

Thanks for getting it straightened out before Monday. I would have hated to start the week with a bunch of whining clients. Guess you all got a weekend of them however! Thanks again for your hard work.

Did I jump the gun? Seems to be up and down on my end too. Are there no backup boxes you can switch to. I don't know much about pc servers but in the world of info systems I came from there was always a contigency plan; or is it just a matter of price vs. level of service? And if it is, can you expect better service and backup equipment by hosting with the higher priced guys?

Are they still having to reboot it? I want to do a demo for a client but can put it off if it's still unstable?

Hey,
it was down for 11 minutes (8 hrs back)

but came back and has been stable till now.

We are working on it, we finally found some errors that might be the issue. In the mean time we are still building a 4.11 box but trying to see if we can't get it to be happy on the 5.3.
