What happened?
What just happened to the network? We were ENTIRELY down for about 25 minutes. Did someone just trip over the extension cord or something? Not good.

Actually, it was closer to 30 minutes. When I tried a traceroute on the main website for Vortech, it would get to Vortech and then just stop. I called the support number and left a message around 3:05 PM EST today after about 5 minutes that the network was down.
Hopefully, they will respond back in the forum what happened. OPT2004 |

Alertra could not get to any Vortech network area for quite some time.
Any update as to what the problem was would be most helpful. |

Well from the email I recived from http://www.easymonitor.com/ it was 25 min."03/05/05 16:13 No reply 25 minutes"
