Its really a NO Knowledge Base

I thought that since we are using a caned package to host and support customers that the Knowledge Base would have oh I dont know maby some Knowledge. Its not like my CP is different than everyone elses. So I ask and I get a responce like Im crazy. So Im asking again. Does anyone know where I can get all the basic psoft questions and answers to import into my now empty of any Knowledge Base.

if you search the forums, you will see that most of the topics talk about the problems and dislikes of the knowledge base. I believe most of us use other knowledge base software.

Personaly I don't use a KB at all, don't see the point as my support forum pretty much covers off any questions that come up often.

There are a couple of companies that have Hsphere tutorials in Flash that you could download and brand with your own name. There's also a little FAQ that was started a while ago.

I tried finding the link but have lost it. There is a company that provides a KB for a cost. Also if you have access to the locked forums at Psoft there is one posted in there. Otherwise, it really doesn't take that long to do a copy/paste for all the common items required in it, updating it as you go - and supply your clients with the H-Sphere menu based user documentation.
